Apps for imported RKE2 air-gapped cluster

HI,

List of applications is empty in Apps for my imported RKE2 cluster, but they available for local cluster. Is it expected, if yes what is the workaround in this case?
Rancher 2.7.0 air-gapped with CATTLE_SYSTEM_CATALOG=bundled variable.
