HOSTINFO and SCATOOL

I am reading the SUSE 12 Administration Guide Chapter 2: Gathering System Information for Support.
This chapter references HOSTINFO package and SCATOOL sca-server-report package. I have not been able to find these packages. Where are the located and being new this this I would appreciate some step by step installation instructions.

Whilst not included in the distribution media, both hostinfo and
sca-server-report packages are available via the SLES12-Pool
online repository once the server has been registered.

My bad, both the hostinfo and sca-server-report packages are included in
the distribution media - they’re noarch packages not x86_64.

Hello Simon, thank you for the reply. I finally found the packages and installed them. I was surprised that every time I log onto the userid that hostinfo was installed with the hostinfo report was displayed. Not a bad thing but I did not expect it! The scatool seems to work. I used it on other servers in the network. I also executed it against a supportconfig tarball. Since there are no known problems I have not received any problem reports with anything to investigate. Thanks again.

And where you found HOSTINFO package ? Can you tell me the name of the package ?

Hello. the hostinfo package is hostinfo-1.0-17.12.noarch and the SCA tool packages are sca-patterns-base-1.3-33.1.noarch and sca-server-report-0.9-50.12.noarch.
I apologize for not including them with my response.
