is there a bugzilla for SLES11SP4 (and other versions) ?

Hi,

i was looking around for a bugzilla for SuSE products, especially for SLES.
The only one i found is here: https://bugzilla.suse.com/enter_bug.cgi?classification=SUSE%20Linux%20Enterprise%20Server
But only for the beta of SLES 12 SP3. I can’t believe there isn’t a bugzilla for the other SLES versions.
I log into bugzilla with my scc account.

Does anyone know ?

Thanks.

Bernd

Hi
So what if you login using your forum login (or is it the same as SCC?)

I see a big long list…

What browser are you using?

In your browser if you clear the cache of all SUSE, Novell, NetIQ, microfocus cookies etc and then restart the browser, and go direct to the bugzilla page, does it show all the products?

Hi,
i’m using the scc login also for the forum. Is it not the same account ?
I just tried the link mentioned above with chrome, IE and edge.
All looking the same: https://hmgubox.helmholtz-muenchen.de:8001/f/09314cf030 .
Login freshly in bugzilla gives me a bit different ui, but still just sles 12 sp3 beta.

Hi
OK, yes it’s the same one. It’s almost like your not logged in… So on the main page, to the right of the word ‘Reports’ it shows your email address?

Hi,

yes it does.

Hi Bernd,

to my knowledge the “SUSE Enterprise”-related “Bugzilla products” are restricted to SUSE engineering (and those that interface to them). The customers’ way of communicating issues is via service requests, which are handled by SUSE support and, if required, forwarded to SUSE product development.

Therefore, it’s normal that you don’t see these “products” in your Bugzilla list, you’ll need special rights to get access. Beta programs (and of course the community variants) are a different story, though I remember getting access to beta product bugs only when participating in the according beta program.

Regards,
J
