LTSS Subscription

I have question about LTSS.
SLE 11 SP4 LTSS will end update support in March 2022. If I have an active license after that time, can I open ticket support when I faced a problem with my system?
Or, I purchase a license/subscription and when there is a problem with the SLES 11 system (after March 2020), can I open ticket to SUSE?
