Novell for Desktop windows 7?

Hi like to know if there is a version of Novell when you do need a
server and just can install it over windows 7? Is it Netware?

Novell does not provide any Windows Based File Servers, though Novell does
sell a number of other types of products that run on Windows
Servers/Devices.
Novell Open Enterprise Server is a Linux Based server than can Emulate a
Traditional Windows File Server or a Traditional Netware/NCP File Server.
