mailbox is empty again… would have been nice if it hadn’t said “you have 21 of a total of 50 messages” when it meant “you have 21 messages in your current folder, out of 50 messages for all folders allowed” 
Regarding your message - it’s about opening a service request, not a bug on Bugzilla. If you aren’t the license admin, go to her/him and ask how to proceed - opening a SR is done online, when logged in to the NCC with the proper account details.
