Problem booting with 0.4.0 iso on bare metal

I am getting a panic when booting the 0.4.0 iso. I have been running 0.3.3 and now want to reload with the new version (clean reinstall).

This is what I see:

I am able to go back and boot from the v0.3.3 iso.

The latest (v0.4.1rc1) gave the same error.

Any thoughts?

I am not sure where to go with this. I am able to boot the ubuntu 15.10 install iso that has a similar kernel. I am also able to boot the v0.4.0 iso on a kvm.

Any suggestions?
