Registration and activation for SUSE Linux for SAP

Dear experts,
Recently we bought SUSE Linux Enterprise for SAP application and SUSE live patching through Lenovo with 3 years subscription.
From Lenovo we have received SLES for SAP application media version 12 SP3 but we need to use SELS for SAP application version 15 SP2.
From where i can download latest media?
How can I register and activate the SLES for SAP application version 15 SP2.

You can get the media from here: https://www.suse.com/download/sle-sap/ you just need the media1 iso image.
You can register/activate during install or post install via command line and SUSEConnect command.
