Are there existing partitions on the server before installing? (assuming this is a new server install, not update).
Also, do you have more specifications on the server, you are installing on Dell and Lenovo servers I suspect you mean?
Besides this, also make sure your install media is in working order by checking it’s MD5sum with the MD5sum that is shown on the SUSE SLES download page.

Go into the Rescue System and post the output of fdisk -l
Also you need to ensure that one partition is marked as bootable.
It could be the partition table has garbage in it and cleaning that off will resolve the issue.
