SLES hardening, where to get a guide or patch list for it.

Hi,

I’m running SLES 10 SP4 on an x-series hardware from IBM. And the
company wants to harden it to conform to security standards, Is there
like a guide or pdf I can read about and use, or maybe a list of patches
where I can download and apply.
