Suse registration getting deregistered

I have registered the SUSE in the portal but after reboot it is getting deregistered . I have tried with license copy and evaluation as well both have the same issue

@masax13 Hi and welcome to the Fourm :smile:

Have you ensured in SUSE Customer Center that all registered/evaluation instances have been deleted from there first before registering the system.

yes , there was nothing registered

@masax13 Hi, hmmm and the registration code is valid for the product installed (SLES ??)?

And also what is the output from SUSEConnect --status-text after the registration, then after a reboot (as in shows active and registered in the output)?
