What happened t dhcpcd = 3.2.3-44.32.2 ??

I received a security notice on Dec 2 announcing that we need to update to dhcpcd = 3.2.3-44.32.2. That package arrived on our SMT server on the same day. On Dec 7, our SMT server received dhcpcd = 3.2.3-45.5.3 and hid the version that contained the security fix:

These are the packages on our SMT server:

-rw-r--r-- 2 smt www 51457 Dec 2 05:06 dhcpcd-3.2.3-44.32.2.x86_64.rpm -rw-r--r-- 2 smt www 51455 Dec 7 06:12 dhcpcd-3.2.3-45.5.3.x86_64.rpm

And here is what zypper reports:
> zypper se --details dhcpcd
Loading repository data…
Reading installed packages…

S | Name | Type | Version | Arch | Repository
–±---------------------±-----------±--------------±-------±------------------------------------------------------------------
v | dhcpcd | package | 3.2.3-45.5.3 | x86_64 | http:__vi-smt.vi.local_repoRCE_SLES11-SP3-Updates_sle-11-x86_64
I can’t seem to find any documentation for dhcpcd = 3.2.3-45.5.3.

Can someone at SUSE please explain what happened?

Checking “rpm -q --changelog dhcpcd” for patched SLES11 SP3 with
updated dhcpcd package shows bug number 955762 -
https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=955762 suggests patch
was re-released to correct CVE references.
