Adding additional admin users (not environment admins)

Is there any way to change or add more admin uses to rancher? (not for an environment, but for the system itself)

In the current versions, yes… Under Admin tab -> Accounts you can edit an account and change their type to admin.

For GitHub/LDAP authentication, the user will need to log in before they show up on the accounts tab.
