Hi all: I work for a clinic and I am looking at replacing our standard password system with either a card swipe or HID system. When we work up a patient a technician will pull up all pertinent files on the computer in the exam room. She will then lock the desktop and leave the patient in the room until the physician comes in. I need the system to just unlock the computers, not log in the user, that way the physician can just come in, present the card and go. I would prefer a no-touch magnetic system rather than the more traditional swipe card.
