Backing up databases using Rancher Backup

Hi. So, I installed Rancher Backup from the catalog.
Is there some place I could create tickets?
It appears that the script assumes one database per engine, with the database being specified in the environment. I think it should fail gracefully if that is the case and also run psql --list to enumerate active databases and back them up.
