Cannot connect to the Docker daemon

After restating one of the 3 nodes on our HA setup, docker not starts well and remain in restating status.

from docker ps I get:
Cannot connect to the Docker daemon. Is the docker daemon running on this host?

from system-docker ps, the docker container always it remains in restarting status.

I already tried to solve restarting the node, restarting the container, system-docker stop/start container, etc., but the problem persists.

Can you please help me to understand where is the issue?

Thanks,

Can you post the output of system-docker logs docker and /var/log/docker.log? Do you use any custom arguments or settings for Docker?

Below the outputs:

No, I’m using all default RancherOS settings.
