client status

Recently updated many of my sles boxes to sles11sp4 / oes11sp4,
including my SMT box, of course it’s only sles.

I am having an issue where one of my ‘client’ servers continuously
shows an unknown status on my SMT box.

I have a cron job on the SMT box to get a patchstatus of my client
servers once an hour, and then a job on my client servers to report
back once an hour (a couple minutes after the SMT box job).

If I remove this client server from SMT, then add it back and manually
run the patchstatus stuff, it’s fine, but the next hour when all the
other servers report properly, this one does not.

Any suggestions?

So my response to Stevo’s comment is…

Actually, after doing some checking it looks like the status gets
updated every two hours, not hourly like the rest of them.
