Hi i have question can i access to dashboard horizont installed on controler node (vm virtualbox ) from my pc (windows 10) i set up bastion and i have access via him to dashboard where i see my nodes but i can’t gain access to openstack dashboard . it is even possible?

With SUSE OpenStack Cloud running in VirtualBox on my openSUSE machine I
am able to access the Dashboard on 192.168.124.10 but then the network
interface for my private network is set to use 192.168.124.1.
Within VirtualBox select File | Preferences … | Network | Host-only
Networks then pick your network and click the screwdriver icon and set
the IPv4 Address to 192.168.124.1.

I assume you have set up gateway on this interface too ?
Normally, the horizon dashboard is not running on the .10 (admin node) but on the controller node
In the default config that is usually on 192.168.124.81 or 82
If you are using NAT-mode, you can configure port-forwardings as documented in
https://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch06.html#natforward
and in the other network-modes you can access those IP addresses directly.

By setting the IPv4 Address for the Host-only Network within VirtualBox
I can access the hosts on 192.168.124.0/24 from the browser on my PC. By
default SUSE OpenStack Cloud uses 192.168.124.1 as the gateway.
I missed your reference to Horizon which Bernhard picked up - too many
dashboards! So just to be clear, I can access both the Admin Server
Dashboard @ 192.168.124.10 and the Horizon Dashboard @ 192.168.124.81
directly from Firefox running on my openSUSE PC.
