I have installed SLES 12 and found the the default CA certificate not appear in CA certificate , previously in SLES 11 the default CA created during the installation now in SLES 12 no option appear for CA certificate kindly let me know how i can create the CA certificate.

Did you have a read of the release notes, there is a couple of mentions
about CA Certificates;
https://www.suse.com/releasenotes/x86_64/SUSE-SLES/12/
You can still go to YaST → Security and Users → CA Management and
create.
