is there a way, to delete nodes from the cluster config? (ok, kubectl delete node works, but the nodes are still shown in velum)? Via salt-master?

Frank, right now there’s no good way - version 3 will have it, we have implemented this feature and are testing this now.
and when comes v3 (starts v3 beta) ?
