Evolution.

Humans will have to develop a third eye. It is needed by people using phones
to check mail / text etc while walking down corridors and streets.

Or just use the common sense they should already have and pay
attention to their surroundings instead of check their phones while
walking down corridors and streets.

I’ll place my bets on keeping two eyes, but having them develop like
dragonfly eyes so we can see in multiple directions at once. The
people that make glasses should have a field day with that.

Hi
It’s the google plan… their glasses will be the third one…

Saw on the TV this morning they want to introduce warning sensors on
cars, so they don’t have another reason to perhaps…drive and watch
what is out and about. I’m all for a seat with some cattle prods or
better yet short range cell phone jammers…

So my response to KeN’s comment is…

Wow, you’re really reaching there. The vast majority of people have no
common sense, especially when it comes to being ‘connected’, that seems
to be WAY more important than anything else.

A definite long shot, but yes, we can hope.

Look, if we start introducing all these protections and safeguards to
keep people safe while they are distracted, there won’t be any more of
those wonderful YouTube videos of people in ponds, upside down next to a
tree in their car, or other such neat events. I’d miss those!
