Failed to start cluster controllers c-pwrvw: context canceled

I was checking the Rancher backup and restore, done the backup and saved to s3. Removed a cluster from Rancher, which deleted the cattle-system namespace from the downstream cluster. I had restored the previous backup. I can see the backup has been restored successfully from the logs. And the cluster is listing in the rancher dashboard, but it stays in the unavailable state.
I checked the rancher logs and found out this error:

[ERROR] failed to start cluster controllers c-pwrvw: context canceled
[INFO] Stopping cluster agent for c-pwrvw

I still cannot see the cattle-system namespace created in the downstream cluster.

Any help would be appreciated.

Same here, though I haven’t been doing any backup/restore. Have you found the way out of this?
