How to apply Pods security policy in Rancher HA cluster.local?

How to apply Pods security policy in Rancher HA cluster.local ?
I use RKE to provision Kubernete with Rancher 2.0.6 HA as deployment resource

In edit cluster option, there is no option to apply pod security policy.
