I am rather miffed by the turtle slow downloading of a trial for a future (maybe now) deployment small but its mine- I have a solid 1 gig connection and 1000 to 1400KBs is not what I expected:mad:

It might help if you could let us know what you were downloading i.e.
the download page(s) and/or filename(s).
Whilst I’m on a UK academic connection I can’t say that I’ve noticed any
slowdown with my downloads from SUSE.
Have you tried grabbing the file(s) at another time to see if it’s
related to time of day or a (perhaps smaller) different file to see if
it’s related to the particular download?
HTH.
