in search of Tomcat's digest.sh

SLES12 provides the tomcat-8.0.32 package.

I installed all tomcat packages, but still cannot find CATALINA_HOME/bin/digest.[bat|sh]

This script is required to store hashed passwords in conf/tomcat-users.xml.

I also can’t find this script in any of the Tomcat packages - I did find
/usr/bin/tomcat-digest but that’s not the same one.

All I can suggest is downloading the archive file of the source code
matching the Tomcat version from archive.apache.org[1] to get this, and
other, missing files.
