LDAP User On SLED 12 Client Kick out after login

I have configured the LDAP server on SLES11 and SLES12 both are working perfect and i can login on both server with ldap user. When i try to login on SLED 12 client PC the login kick out back to login Screen . The message logs as under

One thing more strange when I try to access the LDAP users & group from SLED12 the list successfully accessed , then i create new user ‘Mark’ in LDAP. After doing this i try with ‘Mark’ login to login onto SELD 12 and im successful logd-in into SLED12.

Can any body help me to resolve this issue ?
