Looking to see if there exists a migration path/script to migrate installations between “standard” SLES15SPx to SLES 15 HPC?

That’s probably something you should discuss with your SUSE Representative…
I’m not aware of a migration path/script but given that both “standard” SLES15SPx and SLE HPC15SPx use the same media to install I would say that it’s theoretically possible to turn one into the other.
I do note however that section 2.1 of the SLE HPC Administration Guide[1] it says that “The system roles are only available for new installations of SUSE Linux Enterprise High Performance Computing.” so perhaps not straightforward.
Is there a reason why you want to do this rather than reinstall? Do you perhaps have an HPC cluster already installed using “standard” SLES?

thanks. The issue basically centers around the licenses which were sold to the customer in order to keep costs reasonable…They were sold on “full” license for the headnode and the “HPC” license for the compute nodes
