network throughput issue with windows VMs on SLES11

Hello,

Description of problem:

Slow network on windows VMs (we are using hp blades). We found some ways how to address this online (by tweaking modprobe.conf, ‘options bnx2x disable_tpa=1’ on dom0 (SLESS11). But we are not entirely sure. We need a quick fix, therefore your fast response is much appreciated.
