On yast nfs-client and nfs-server not visible

After a fresh install from sles15sp4 and valid registration and have two question:

  1. why is on yast the line for nfs-client or nfs-server not visible
    (Software is installed and can be configured manually)
  2. why do i become no updates after zypper refresh and zypper up
    that can not be, that the sles15sp4 have no update since publishing!

but i am registered and have active and valid server keys, but not able to open a case in support
