if you decide to open a SR and aren’t getting closer to a problem resolution, please let me know the SR number and current status of the issue. I’ll then try to be of help where I can.
We’re acting as “SUSE Consulting” consultants, for SUSE Manager and other products (SLES, SUSE Openstack Cloud, SUSE Enterprise Storage, just to name some). While this is different from “SUSE Support” in that we typically assist with strategies and concepts, I’ve got “SUSE Knowledge Partner” on my hat as well, helping out those that come to the forums.
