I have problem when install Apache, Php5 in SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 (x86_64) offline (My server don’t have internet)
please help me how to install php, apache by RPM, send me link to download php5 (rpm), apache

Firstly, since SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 10 is no longer
supported by SUSE, is this an old server or have you installed it
recently?
We’ll also need to know the exact release so please post the
output from “cat /etc*release”.
Finally has the server been kept up-to-date with patches?

The system have been installed from 2012 but i don’t update to new version or reinstall because the system still running service

Given your server is running a very old version of SLES I’m glad
it’s not connected to the Internet as adding Apache would
introduce another possible attack vector.
To update a server off-line would normally involve downloading all
applicable patches, copying them (or making them available) to
the disconnected server, and then installing them. However it
seems patches for SLES10 SP1 (non-LTSS) are currently available
which I’ve reported to my contacts at SUSE.
