Does anyone have the puppet-3.6.2-2.2 and puppet-server-3.6.2-2.2 rpms and would be willing to share? This specific version is not listed anymore on any of the standard repository collections.

For SLES11 SP4 (as tagged in Web forum post) or openSUSE … ?
The SLES11 SP4 media includes puppet 2.7.26 so it won’t be
official - SUSE don’t update major versions of packages
mid-stream.
Does it have to be puppet 3.6.2 as I see there are packages of
later versions for SLES11 SP4 available from the Open Build
Service.

It looks like the 2.7 package was the last one that shipped with Suse media. I don’t even see puppet on the SLES12 or opensuse 42 iso’s. I’m not a puppet programmer but our apps folks are saying it needs to be 3.6.2 as they are trying to match some existing systems. (I’m just trying to help them track it down – I seem to get pulled into a lot of these searches)

On SLE12, you will find puppet in the SLE-Module-Adv-Systems-Management
extension
