Rancher IPSEC errors

We have experienced a weird downtime of IPSEC containers now.

For some yet unknown reason, the containers can’t see eachother between and on the same hosts.

When we restart the IPSEC containers… PRESTO! All works well for a week or so… Then again same problem.

@floncar can you please check if you are hitting this: https://github.com/rancher/rancher/issues/9377

docker exec -it $(docker ps | grep ipsec-router | awk '{print $1}') bash
cat /proc/net/xfrm_stat

and check for XfrmInStateSeqError.
