"rancher-metadata" is opening too many files (actually sockets)

Well I hope I am not jumping the gun here but we just got an update to our network-services stack and we are no longer seeing the run-a-way files!! They are holding steady between 17-21.

new network-services stack version (0.0.16) fixes the issue, so far as we can tell. Huzzah!

Yes @mkendzior_isdc @razumzhiro, we backported the fix to the 1.4.1 catalog today. Glad it fixed the problem! Thanks for the fix @alena
