Rancher vSphere - Web url unavailable & eof error

I’m struggling a little, I have Sphere 8 running and created a Ubuntu 24.x VM and installed Rancher which initially appeared to all work well, I was able to connect to the Rancher URL/IP address prompted to change password all good. I then tried to create a new Rancher Cluster and created the credentials etc etc it started the creation process but red warnings appeared in the Rancher Dashboard. I left it over night and I’m unable to connect to the rancher VM having done some basic research I’m seeing the error below which I’ve seen before on a previous attempt to install Rancher. Is there’s an issue I’m not aware of or am I doing something wrong, on the Sphere host it does appear to have created cluster VM’s some of which are powered on.
