I also ran into the same situation. Alternatively (and what I ended up
doing) is I went to the FTP site for the SUSE repositories (link below),
and downloaded the whole Apache update to a thumb drive (for me at the
time it was version 2.2.16). I then inserted that drive into my server
and set that thumb drive as a repository. Once set as a repository, I
ran a refresh and the Apache update then showed up in my list of
updates. I was then able to install the update. After which I removed
the thumb drive from my list of repositories. Hope this helps.
