Re-Initialize Volume Backup's

Hi All,

I cleaned up all the volume backups (by clicking ‘delete all backups’) and it somehow stopped the Longhorn from uploading (to S3) the next scheduled backups, i.e. now backup page for this volume is empty even i trigger backup creation manually.

How to re-connect this volume to the backup functionality?


Can you check if manager’s log has any information regarding the backups? Or send us a support bundle at and we will take a look.

How to generate this bundle?
