Receive hooks on events from new rules of the load balancer

Hey guys,

I’d like to be able to take some actions based on load balancer events.
As an example, i’d like to be able to update coudflare, cloudfront or route53 based on rules of loadbalancer.

This may not be exactly what you mean but updating an external DNS provider with the current list of IPs for a load balancer is coming soon via https://github.com/rancher/external-dns . Initially for route53 but it should be pretty easy to add other providers.
