Restarting a load balancer without downtime

Hi,
Iā€™m using rancher v1.5.3, currently i have one load balancer for all of my stacks/services, i have few newbies questions here :slight_smile:

1 - Is it a best practice to use one load balancer for all of my stacks ?
2 - When i need to upgrade my load balancer container, how to avoid downtime for all of my services ? (maybe i should scale my load balancer ? )
