sg_persist PR in: command not supported

I have some problem about sg_persist command:

root@hosta:/root > sg_persist --in --report-capabilities -v /dev/sdb

No service action given; assume Persistent Reserve In command
with Read Keys service action

Do you know any hint about how to analyze and solve this problem?
