SLES 12 has not been released yet, so those release notes will be a work in progress and subject to change before release. I know that some of it is accurate but I also know that some of it is not accurate. There’s one section that starts with “CHECKIT:SLE11.3” which suggests that part is possibly not accurate.
As far as u know the release notes are not linked from anywhere in the SUSE website. There’s links to them in these forums but that’s because people have found them by altering the URL for SLES 11 release notes. That should tell you something about their status.
The release. It’s you link to say “Product to be released: Q4 CY 2014” which suggests sometime in October-December of this year.
