Running SLED 11. When I used the Windows OS, there was a place I could view the environment variables such that I could open a window and put the path and values.
Now, for the SUSE Linux, where can I locate the environment variables?
Thanks

To see current environment variables run either of the following commands:
env
set
To set your own users’ environment variables declare/export them in (for
example) your ~/.bashrc or ~/.profile file (the ‘~’ means in your user’s
home directory).
Good luck.
