thread URL links don't work the first time

Hi,

Some mornings, I get a summary email from these forums which contain URL links to updated threads, e.g. https://forums.suse.com/showthread.php?6746-nova-api-metadata-service

However the first time I follow these links, it takes me not to the thread in question or even the forum in question, but to the forums front page. If I follow the link again subsequently, it takes correctly me to the thread.

Please can this be fixed? Thanks!

Hi aspiers,

I see this only when I’m not logged in to the forums… probably a question of cookies with previous session references in my browser.

If I log in to the forums and only then start using such links, everything works as expected.
