Three redundancy notices in three months

It feels like every month we get a redundancy notice in our office.

Not sure if team morale will be able to hold out.

Makes it difficult for us team leaders to try to motivate.

Ouch! Running low on work for everyone companywide? Or is this a
case of your department’s workload isn’t dropping, but you still get
redundancy hits, and the remaining people have to work that much
harder?

Hey Lance,

That does not bode well for you or for your company.

I’m in South Africa - makes me nervous about IBM here!

FYI on a related note, Bharti Airtel is far and above everyone else in
the world as the originating ISP for spam in our forums.

Hi Laura,

I ma sure that they have good reason for this.

It just makes things very difficult for team leaders to keep guys
motivated to provide excellent support.
