Did you try the reset button to reset the environment? If so, and you are still seeing that error then send an email to suselinux-academy@suse.com. I will need the email address that you used to register for the course. I can then ask our vendor to look into what is happening with your lab environment.
I just sent an e-mail to suselinux-academy@suse.com with my e-mail address that I used for registration
I have contacted our vendor and requested that they investigate this issue.
