After I updated my SLED11-SP2 to SP3 via DVD media, I have lost all my repositories, only 3 have left:
SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 11 SP3 (DVD.iso)
nVidia Video Drivers for SLE 11 SP3
ATI Video Drivers for SLE 11 SP3.
All services in Yast are also missing.
last year, I updated SLED11 SP1 to SP2 also via DVD, and all repos were in place.
Recently I successfully updated all packages to the latest ones. Kernel Linux to 3.0.80. Now it is downgraded to 3.0.76.
The only alarming notice I made during the updating procedure - after all packages were installed,
and the system started rebooting, DVD Player failed to reboot and proceed into the next (I think the registration mode),
so I rebooted it from the hard drive, and had no option to reregister with the Novell support centre.
Registering with option
suse_register -d 2 -L/root/.suse_register.log
didn’t help.
Is it possible to restore the subscription status (vendor installed SLED)?
Log into the the NCC, make a note of your registration code and then
delete the system from NCC. Then either use YaST Customer Center to re
register the system or from the command line;
suse_register -a regcode-sled=YourActivationCode -a email=YourEmailAddress -a moniker=YourHostname -L .suse_register.log
Note you only need the SLE 11 SP3 repositories active, the SP2 et al
may still be there but can be ignored.

I have managed to register the system from the command line, as
the YaST Customer Center failed to do this. Moreover, I found
a document 3030847 http://www.novell.com/support/kb/doc.php?id=3030847, advising as follows:
Despite the fact that my system is registered, till next February,
and my NCC credentials include all the repositories needed,
I could not add SLE 11 SP3 repository (Pool or Updates), neither it was added automatically, nor
could I do it manually via YaST Software Repositories.
Maybe I need to re-run DVD update again (or use the recovery mode) and the repos will be prompted in the new update/recovery round?
Strange indeed, can you try adding them manually again, remember when
adding manually the $ needs to be \$.
If that doesn’t work I will ask my SUSE contacts if there something
missing with the update from DVD.

Thank you, Malcolm!
I have managed to add SP3-Updates repository manually and updated the system.
Historically, I received failure details
" - Login failed. (http://nu.novell.com/repo/$RCE/SLED11-SP3-Updates/sle-11-i586/rpm/i586//content): The requested URL returned error: 401"
Studying NCC profile information, I noticed strange data:
my SLED11 (vendor installed) is shown in the NCC as SLED10 product, and
my system yesterday re-registered as SLED11-SP3,
is marked as Needs activation.
Also, my product has two (!) activation codes.
However, this might be another topic or conversation with the Customer Centre.
I am facing the same problem as LLiner and Ahmed Samir.
I managed in NCC to assign the updated SLED11 SP3 (new install via DVD) to my existing SLED10 activation.
However I have searched everywherey NCC for the URL of the Pool and Update repos but could not find it.
Used the URL provided by LLiner but it also requires authentication and does not accept my NCC login.
What to do?
Unfortunately, I cannot remember how I managed this situation. I recall I added my user name received during registration,
Now I see my already disabled repos as follows:
I had received updates until the 3 year period of initial support had ended. Now the Novell Customer Center says that my registration is expired.
Regards and good luck!
