@soupbone38 Hi and welcome to the Forum  The upgrade from SLE 12 SP5 to SLE 15 SP5 can only be done offline. See SLES 15 SP5 | Upgrade Guide | Upgrading offline

Thanks… I mounted the ISO but, I don’t have console access to boot to upgrade. I was wondering if i could do this from command line or via Ansible?

@soupbone38 You can get to grub? If so add the kernel option media_upgrade=1 should get it going.

How would i specify then updating grub to upgrade the existing OS vs doing a fresh install? I want to just upgrade my data.

@soupbone38 have the new iso added, and add to the existing grub at the end on the linux line.
