What does “released” mean

Hi,

There is some state in below link for state of suse product against the vulnerability such as affected, Not affected , In progress and Released. Unfortunately, I can not understand what does Released mean? Is it affected or patch has released? there is no patch for Enterprise server 15 sp3 for e.g. while the state is released.

It may have a date mentioned over there for it’s release as well.
