Where should I post a question about a specific tool?

Hi. I’m having a few problems using the JBR Importer tool and could use
some help with some error messages. I have looked through the forums but
can’t see a good place to post the question.

Where would be the most appropriate place?

Do you mean the JRB tools? If so, you’ll need to contact them about
it. Their website lists a support e-mail address.
