Nginx ingress expose hostname

I’m on VM/Baremetal and I want to expose my workload externally. So I need to expose my own domain. My understanding is that I have to expose each Nginx ingress controller IP addresses deployed in my A Record. I assume I need to setup some kind of L4 Load Balancing for it ? Is there other way to expose Nginx ingress ? Thanks

Also I assumed that if we choose worker nodes as nginx ingress those nodes will needs static IPs
